Do you work with traditional CRM applications?

Absolutely. You can import customer data to and from traditional CRM applications from companies like SalesForce.com, Oracle, and SAP.

Is my software secure?

Yes. We’ve built additional security measures on top of one of the most widely used public cloud providers in the industry (Amazon Web Services). Firewall, data encryption, license isolation, access authorization and credential management are some of the counter measures we’ve taken.

Are end-users charged to use the service?

For non-SaaS products No. We want to make access to your software as frictionless as possible. We’re all about making you successful! If you’re looking for a SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) solution, then we can charge your customers in-line with the use of your software (and the underlying cloud infrastructure). Alternatively, we can work with your internal collections processes.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards – Visa, Mastercard, and American Express to sign up. If you’re looking for a large cloud commitment, we can work with your purchasing department.

Can I change my plan anytime?

Sure. In fact, we expect you to change plans as your sales strategy evolves and expands. Today you can’t do this automatically, but just let us know and we’ll get you set up and on your way seamlessly.

Can competitors access my software?

All products provide complete control over who has access to your software and collateral. Server instances are protected physically and logically using strict firewall protocols. Access credentials for each user session (the time your customer is using your software) are non-transferable, unique to that user, IP address, and their session. All communication between your server and your customer is encrypted using RSA 2048 – AES 128 encryption.

Can I use my own data center?

Yes.

What web browsers work with Xuropa?

Internet Explorer 7 or 8 and Firefox 3 are recommended. Chrome 4 and IE9 work well with, but there may be some inconsistencies. We do limited testing with Safari 4, but get good feedback from our customers and users.
